A woman was caught on video swimming topless in Sassagoula River at Disney’s Port Orleans Resort in Disney World.

It’s no secret that Walt Disney World is a premier vacation destination, whether for its offerings of attractions and rides at the theme parks or simply for the fact that it’s an immersive experience that any Disney fan values. At the same time, the price tag that comes along with a Disney World vacation is nothing to sniff at; perhaps because of these prices or simply because guests believe they can behave however they want, some Disney fans do the strangest things at a park.

Woman Spotted Swimming Topless at Disney World’s Port Orleans Resort

In the video, we see a woman swimming in the Sassagoula River at Disney’s Port Orleans Resort. The woman is casually taking a morning dip in the river, clearly unaware of being filmed and seemingly unaware of the dangers of dipping the river water.

Any frequent Disney World visitor (and Florida resident) would know that this is not a prudent move, considering the bacteria that could be present in the water or even wild animals like alligators. Some might remember the tragedy that resulted from an alligator accident from years prior.

In addition to this, boats also travel down the river, which could create dangerous conditions for swimmers.

Cast members who were informed of the incident reportedly responded by acknowledging that it’s not technically disallowed to swim in the river.

Further, some noted that swimming topless isn’t technically disallowed in Disney’s rules, however, it’s worth noting that Disney is a family-friendly destination, and guests have been turned away for wearing far more clothes than this guest.

The incident happened on March 14, 2024.
