Disney Fanatics are well aware of the situation that arose last year when a Disney Adult was ridiculed on the internet for crying at the sight of Cinderella Castle in Magic Kingdom Park at Walt Disney World. In fact, Disney adults are fairly frequently on the receiving end of their fair share of criticism and bullying. So much so that Disney adults have often had to speak out in defense of themselves and their actions, and articles have even been written about them.

But you can imagine our surprise when one year after the video of Disney fan and Guest Jordan Jacee crying went viral—she went to Walt Disney World and, on seeing Cinderella Castle for the first time, was reduced to tears—the video of Jacee has cropped up again and become popular enough that the NY Post has even covered the subject in a recent article.

As the article noted, the video has amassed 3.4 million views and over 263K likes on its reshare. However, it also found Jacee on the receiving end of a fair amount of criticism yet again. But interestingly, this time, what was highlighted was many, many fans and fellow commenters speaking out in defense of Disney adult Jacee crying at the sight of Cinderella Castle and calling out the people in the comments for being rude and mean.
One fan, @michaela, shared, “y’all wanna come on here and talk about healing your inner child but can’t understand something like this 🙄”
Another commenter, Nicole13141314, agreed, “I literally don’t understand why people hate on this. Disney is emotional for so many people. Let people feel their emotions oh my god.”

Perhaps when the concept of “Disney adults” has become more popular, people are now more particular about leaving them be to enjoy something they love.
What was interesting in the comments was that fans also brought up the price of a Disney vacation. April shared, “You guys don’t realize how expensive a disney trip is. So when you’re finally able to go, it’s emotional for some people.” As fans know, the price of a Disney vacation is just increasing by the day, so this fan’s point is certainly more than valid.

Regardless, it was certainly heartwarming to see so many speak out for Jacee and defend her honest and apparently genuine reaction to seeing a castle that is so beloved by many.
