Who are Pixar’s Elemental Characters?

Elemental is an animated movie about the elements living in a metropolis called Element City. It is the work of Pixar Animation Studio, the team behind classics like Toy Story, Finding Nemo, and Inside Out.

The film tells the story of Ember Lumen, a fire element voiced by Leah Lewis. She befriends Wade Ripple, a water element voiced by Mamoudou Athie. The two are obviously very different elements, and the heart of the story stems from finding what you have in common, even though you may be from different worlds. Director Peter Sohn previously worked on the Disney Pixar movie The Good Dinosaur.

With Disney pushing to make this movie a summer success for the company, it is likely that these two might appear in the parks for you to meet soon.

Disneyland Resort in California is the likely first candidate for their arrival, as this location seems to be where characters usually appear first. Walt Disney World in Florida will probably follow soon after if the film is a success.

Disney has not skipped out on making Ember and Wade stand out as meetable characters. The elemental designs of their looks are striking, and it’s obvious that a lot of effort went into nailing their aesthetics.
