A guest at Tokyo Disney Resort recently violated Disney’s rules, potentially endangering himself, yet so far, no repercussions have been reported.
One of the best places in the world to experience the Disney magic is at a Disney Park in a Disney Resort. Whether Walt Disney World Resort, Shanghai Disneyland, Hong Kong Disneyland, or Disneyland Resort, there are numerous rides, attractions, and ways for Disney fans to have that quintessential Disney experience.
While the Disney Parks are undoubtedly magical places, sometimes guests can take that magic to places it’s not supposed to go. Perhaps it’s because the pixie dust in the air excites them a little too much, or perhaps it’s because they forget they’re at a family-friendly park.
In order to ensure the safety and security of all visitors, every Disney Park has established specific rules and guidelines that all guests are expected to follow during their visit. Every park, including the Japan-based Tokyo Disney Resort.
These regulations are designed to maintain the high standards of the park, protect the well-being of guests and cast members, and uphold the immersive experience that Disney is renowned for all over the world.
But sometimes, guests can forget these rules while enjoying the enthralling Disney experience.
Per a video shared on TikTok by a user named Rock Lee, @rock_lee.hikaru, a Tokyo Disney Resort guest, jumped into the DisneySea AquaSphere—a fountain that welcomes guests to Tokyo DisneySea. The video itself is simple.
The guest, dressed as the popular anime character Naruto, runs towards the fountain and jumps backward into it, endangering himself, and potentially anybody else in the area, depending on how careful he was being at the time.

This kind of behavior is certainly not encouraged and absolutely not allowed at any Disney theme park because of the danger it poses to guests. However, it’s unfortunately not the first time guests have bent the rules for their own enjoyment or for social media content and clout.
Just recently, we at Disney Fanatic reported on a woman who chose to swim topless at the Walt Disney World Resort. There have also been parents who chose to swim in a fountain at EPCOT and many others who have enacted similar stunts.
Still, it’s worth remembering that while the allure of being at an immersive Disney Park can sometimes lead to guests forgetting themselves and overstepping boundaries, it is essential for visitors to adhere to the established rules and regulations to ensure a safe and memorable experience for all park-goers.
Following these guidelines helps contribute to the magic of the Tokyo Disney Resort and allows guests from all over the world to create lasting memories that uphold the spirit of Disney magic for generations to come.
