The Walt Disney World Resort is the ultimate spot for a Disney vacation. With its four Theme Parks—Magic Kingdom Park, EPCOT, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and Disney’s Animal Kingdom, each with its own unique vibe and attractions that draw in visitors from all over the world—the Central Florida Disney Resort offers a unique and high-quality Disney experience. The Walt Disney World Resort also boasts a range of Resort-hotels that offer Guests the chance to immerse themselves fully in the Disney magic. From character-themed rooms to dining experiences with beloved Disney characters, the hotels have a large range of exciting offerings.

But despite all this, it’s not always easy. Sometimes, Disney Park days can be rough with tough crowds, hot weather (we’re looking at you, Florida), and difficulties making your way around a Theme Park that involves so much walking that fans have created special workout regimens for it.

And sometimes, Guests come up with fun hacks to make the process easier. In doing so, one Guest recently revealed they’d been breaking Walt Disney World Resort rules:

The user, Adita, while thinking she was sharing a fun hack, inadvertently shared she broke the Walt Disney World property rule of bringing stools and folding chairs to the Disney Park. Per planDisney, “Folding chairs and stools are not permitted in any theme park, water park, or Disney Springs.  Folding chairs are listed among the prohibited items in the Walt Disney World Resort Property Rules.”

Guests in the comments also shared how they tried doing the same thing but got theirs taken away at the gates to Disney Parks, whether Disneyland Resort or Walt Disney World Resort. In the same vein, many also questioned how they got them in at all.

It is uncertain whether these Guests got in trouble for this, but at the time of publishing, we at Disney Fanatics have not heard tell of any update on this story.
