Getting drunk at Disney World isn’t every guest’s priority…

In recent years, the cost of enjoying alcoholic beverages at Walt Disney World in Florida has continued to soar. Visitors have long been resorting to unconventional ways to indulge in a drink at the theme park without paying these ridiculous prices. Some of these Guests have been crazy clever in sneaking in spirits.

A social media video captured a couple engaging in one such ingenious endeavor during their Disney World visit, adding humor and nausea to a longstanding hidden game of concealment.

Three large glass mugs filled with frothy golden beer sit on a wooden surface. A salted pretzel is positioned in the foreground, with salt granules scattered around it. The background is slightly blurred, suggesting an outdoor setting with greenery.

Alcohol at Disney is Expensive

Disney World may have a reputation for its steep prices on alcoholic drinks, but that hasn’t stopped Guests from drinking in the Parks, sometimes to excess. “Drinking around the world” has emerged as a popular pastime at EPCOT, where visitors sample drinks from various countries showcased in the Park.

Those who can’t hold their alcohol have begun to pop up on social media for belligerent behavior in the theme park, giving weight to the idea that EPCOT has a drinking culture problem. However, some individuals love to beat the system by bringing their own booze into the Park.

Drunk at Disney World

In a recent TikTok video, user Jalen D documents her parents’ adventure at Disney World, capturing a unique moment that has amused viewers. Jalen D humorously captions the video: “Just my parents pouring alcohol out of a ‘sunscreen bottle’ at Disney World.”

While the motive behind their actions remains unknown, the couple’s desire to savor a drink while evading the Park’s high prices is evident.

Sneaking alcohol into Disney World is not new, with many Guests attempting to bypass the Park’s strict policies. However, what sets this particular incident apart is the clever disguise employed by the couple.

Rather than the conventional water bottle filled with clear spirits like vodka, they opted for a more discreet and unexpected container—a sunscreen bottle.

While the Park strictly prohibits outside food and drink, incidents like these underscore the determination of Guests to find cost-effective ways to enjoy themselves without breaking the bank.

  1. The parks don’t “strictly prohibit” outside food & drink. They even permit coolers as long as they don’t contain loose ice or glass. Maybe fact check your “facts”.

  2. Come on, report on facts….they DO NOT prohibit outside food and drink. I bring both in all the time.
