Memorial Day Weekend is upon us, and for many that signals that it is time to hit the beach. But what if you are one of the lucky ones who just happens to be visiting Walt Disney World Resort right now? While being at the most magical place on Earth should be more than enough to rejoice in, perhaps you too are looking to get in on a little beach fun while on location at Disney World.

Well then, you are in luck because there are numerous ways that you can accomplish just that. Here we are presenting you with seven satisfying suggestions for how to have a beachy keen time while on vacation at Walt Disney World Resort.

7. Visit Beaches & Cream Soda Shop

Get into the swing of the beach theme with a visit to a place that literally has beach in its name. Designed around a motif inspired by the vintage beachside soda and malt shoppes of yesteryear, you can bask in the good old times while making new memories that will also someday be remembered fondly.

Located right onsite at Disney’s very beach-centric Beach Club Resort, Beaches & Cream is perhaps most renowned for being the ultimate go-to sweet spot for fanciful ice cream sundaes and other decadent delights. But they are also widely known for their traditional beach eat favorites, all of which scream classic Americana.

Did you know that some of your favorite Walt Disney World Resorts are actually hosting their very own sandy beaches? That means beaching on location is even easier than you probably realized. Do take note, however, that none of Disney’s beaches have open access to any of the main connecting bodies of water at any given Resort, as all are off-limits to swimmers and beachgoers. All the same, there’s just something especially magical about basking in the warm white sands.
