There are four monorail trains in the Disneyland Fleet: Monorail Red, Monorail Blue, Monorail Orange, and Monorail Purple. And they operate the oldest monorail track in the Western Hemisphere. Unlike its sister system at the Walt Disney World Resort, Guests can only ride one way from either the Tomorrowland Station or the Downtown Disney Station, and Guests are required to show a valid Theme Park Ticket with pairing Theme Park Reservation before boarding at the Downtown Disney District. Also, unlike the Walt Disney World Monorail System, four Guests can sit with the driver, and six Guests can sit in the very back section.

This anniversary livery follows Disney World’s decision to dress Monorail Gold with a special 50th Anniversary Celebration Livery.
