Disney Baymax Bread

Baymax Bread is exactly as it sounds. Disneyland is actually selling a loaf of bread themed around the lovable healthcare companion from the Academy Award-winning film Big Hero 6 (2014). It’s just one of the many unique and fun culinary choices sold in the new area. The bread itself is a work of art, combining a soft, fluffy interior with a crisp, golden-brown exterior. It perfectly represents the warm, comforting essence that Baymax exudes.

The grand opening of San Fransokyo Square on August 31 is coming up fast, and this baked good is the hero we didn’t know we needed. Disney has confirmed that this unique offering will be available for purchase at the Boudin Bread Cart in San Fransokyo Square. However, they have stressed a limit of two loaves per person per transaction, ensuring that as many visitors as possible can savor this special creation before its supplies run out. The Disney Parks Instagram account revealed the concoction online, and people instantly melted.

It is important to admit that this bread doesn’t look like something to be eaten by yourself. If you can, more power to you. However, the image shows that it is indeed the size of a typical loaf and much bigger than your hand. Nevertheless, if a carb overload sounds delicious, there is no judgment here!

Baymax easily won the hearts of Disney fans for his caring and huggable nature. The robot healthcare companion has extended past his introductory movie with a Disney+ miniseries and Big Hero 6 animated show. He has also frequently appeared in many of the parks as a meetable character.

San Fransokyo Square is a meticulously designed area that transports visitors to the bustling city featured in the film. While indulging in Baymax Bread, visitors can check out many different venues. The new area features a spot called Hamada Bot Shop, where you can actually meet Hiro and Baymax from the movie. There is also a San Fransokyo Maker’s Market, where you can discover unique collectibles and merchandise. However, the most iconic set piece of the area is definitely the San Fransokyo Bridge, which resembles the real Golden Gate Bridge in California.

In addition to Baymax Bread, visitors can relish a wide array of Asian cuisine and other delectable menu items. Aunt Cass CafĂ© is an actual location that sells a variety of freshly baked bread bowls filled with soup. Other notable spots are a margarita and beverage bar called Rita’s Turbine Blenders and the return of Ghiradelli themed around the new experience.

On a scale of one to ten, Baymax Bread is the most adorable surprise surrounding the opening. It won’t be long before we can all grab one for ourselves and resist the temptation to keep it instead of eating it.
