Disney Springs Has Special Holiday Surprises In Store For Its Guests

Credit: Disney

Holiday celebrations are in full swing at Walt Disney World! Even though it’s barely autumn yet and many people still haven’t settled on a Halloween costume (we’ve got suggestions right here), the holiday festivities from November and December are already being announced. The Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, EPCOT, and Hollywood Studios all have fun things in store for Disney Guests (not to mention all of the 50th anniversary celebrations that are still going strong), but did you know that Disney Springs also has some “holiday cheer” up its sleeve?  Disney Springs is having a special “Christmas Tree Stroll presented by AdventHealth”  that allows visitors to view decked-out Christmas trees along the way. Each individual tree will have its own special theme! At night, you can visit the Town Center to “experience a magical snowfall, bringing the spirit of the North Pole to Central Florida”. That’s bound to be a unique thrill!

Jock Lindseys

There’s nothing like holiday food to really help ring in the festive season, and Jock Lindsay’s Holiday Bar is the place to go for a fun seasonal menu! According to the Disney Parks Blog, this special is “back by popular demand”. Unique cocktails and cheerful menu offerings await, and we’ll be excited to see what mouthwateringly-delicious concoctions have been cooked up inside! This bar is usually “boasting a vintage aviation-themed setting inspired by Jock’s high-flying exploits”, and is “a prime destination for explorers seeking a light bite and exotic cocktail concoctions.” It’s always interesting to see how Disney World adapts its current attractions, rides, and restaurants to suit the holiday season (just look at how Disneyland transforms itself for the Oogie Boogie Bash)!

If you’ve been hoping to get to Disneyland and explore its new holiday store, then Disney Springs is the perfect way to satisfy your shopping desires in Florida! Which destination would you rather visit for the holidays, Disneyland or Disney World?
