A fan-favorite Disney Park ride that is desperately in need of some TLC has finally gotten its closure date for refurbishment.
The Disney Parks are the perfect places to fulfill your most magical desires. Walt Disney World Guests who visit any of the Parks at the Walt Disney World Resort: Magic Kingdom Park, EPCOT, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, or Animal Kingdom Park, or at the Disneyland Resort: Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure, all find a plethora of rides and attractions to satisfy many a fantasy. There are chances to see beloved attractions, incredible parades, and nighttime spectaculars, indulge in mouth-watering dining options and have the opportunity to meet and hug your favorite characters.

One of the essential parts of the process when it comes to making sure Guests have the Disney experience they signed up for is maintenance. As many Disney fans know, rides routines close for refurbishment. One Disneyland Resort ride, in particular, has been at the receiving end of much criticism for lack of maintenance. For many, many months now, Guests have been sharing their woes about how the Indiana Jones Adventure ride has been falling further and further into disrepair.
In fact, earlier this year, we shared a rumor from a Guest that the attraction had been marked for a long refurbishment, according to a Cast Member at Disneyland.

Per the latest update on the Disneyland Resort website, it appears this attraction is finally getting the refurbishment, with an official closing date announced. As seen on the site,
From January 9, 2023 until spring 2023, Indiana Jones Adventure will be closed for refurbishment. Please check back for updates.
The website doesn’t yet state when the ride will reopen but has the reopening timeline listed as “spring 2023.” Here’s looking forward to a 2023 with Indiana Jones Adventure returning to its former glory.
