Of all Disney attractions, one of the most beloved is The American Adventure at EPCOT. In this attraction, “pivotal moments in history appear and disappear seamlessly through the use of a massive computer-controlled movable device. Ten different sets are stored under the stage and are moved forward or backward on cue by this American technological marvel.”

Earlier this year, this attraction closed for refurbishment in September with no real opening in sight.

As time passed, fans started losing hope it would reopen, especially after it seemed the attraction would remain closed through 2023. The official return was rescheduled for December 19, but Disney delayed the grand reopening even further. However, we are happy to report this classic Disney World attraction has reopened. The attraction officially returned on December 23, 2022, after nearly four months of being offline.
